Where did you ship your products?
Currently, we ship all across Europe.
Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
If you have made an error when inputting your shipping address or require a modification, kindly get in touch with us promptly at info@unsu.co. We will exert all efforts to guarantee the accurate delivery of your order.
What if my item is defective?
Please send the necessary details and accompanying photographs to info@unsu.co
We may request that you return it for quality assurance purposes.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
We currently do not offer return shipping labels. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping for your items. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides reliable tracking and insurance. Please note that if an item gets lost during the return shipment, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Online Ordering
The product I want is out of stock. Will it be available again?
For the best chance of securing your desired items, we suggest signing up for our email subscription. By doing so, you'll receive early notifications about restocks, new products, and promotions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, feel free to contact us. We cannot guarantee it, but we will do our best for any orders that have not been processed already.
The prices listed on the website include tax?
All prices displayed on the Unsu website include VAT.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Mbway (Portugal only). Currently, we only accept one form of payment on a single order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the appropriate tracking page.

Our product line is completely fragrance-free.

What is the expiry date of your products?
When you first use the product, take a look at the Period-After-Opening (PAO) symbol. It'll show you how long the product will last after opening.
What's the best way to store your products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Where are Unsu products manufactured?
Unsu products are both developed and manufactured in-house in Portugal, emphasizing quality and ethical sourcing. What materials does Unsu utilize in its packaging?
Glass
We opt for amber-colored glass due to its historical usage in the beverage and pharmaceutical sectors, commonly chosen for storing alcohol and medicinal items. This type of glass is preferred for its inert nature, ensuring no interference with the ingredients. Additionally, the darker hue of the glass provides UV protection, lessening the reliance on preservatives for product stability.
Paper & Cardboard
We are committed to environmental responsibility. We utilize recyclable materials, particularly cardboard, for both the packaging of our products and the shipping materials sent to our customers. We prioritize the use of recycled cardboard to minimize our environmental impact while ensuring the safety and protection of your orders during transit.
TPE & PP
Our choice of TPE and PP for the soft pipette and its mounting is rooted in their recyclability and durability. Both materials are widely accepted for recycling. We encourage our customers to recycle these components after use, contributing to the reduction of waste. We're committed to exploring even more sustainable options in the future as part of our ongoing dedication to environmentally friendly practices.
Is it possible to repurpose or recycle the Unsu container?
We encourage you to find creative ways to give our packaging a second life. Our containers are made with materials that are often recyclable, so please check your local recycling guidelines for the best way to recycle them. Additionally, many customers have found innovative ways to repurpose our containers for various uses.
